On April 23, 2009, this SEU participated in the Albany Technical College Job Fair at Albany Technical College. SEU employees talked with attendees about career opportunities in broadcasting as well as job opportunities within the SEU. SEU participants included the Sales Manager and Sales Assistant.

Host Job Fair
|
On April 25, 2009, this SEU hosted a Job Fair at Hilton Garden Inn. Our SEU solicited local employers to participate in this event and and promoted the Fair on its Stations. The SEU also participated, providing attendees with information about career opportunities in broadcasting as well as job opportunities within the SEU. SEU participants included the Sales Manager, Market Manager and Sales Assistant.

On April 29, 2009, this SEU participated in Career Day at Brooks County Middle School. The WKAK Program Director talked about what their job involves and how to become a program director / disc jockey.

On February 9, 2009, this SEU’s Market and Business Managers attended a telephonic training session presented by Cumulus’ outside communications counsel regarding compliance with the FCC’s EEO rules.
