The Official Rock 103 WJAD Contest Rules
WJAD contests are open to all persons 18 and older except employees, their immediate families, agents, subsidiaries, participating sponsors, and affiliates of WJAD.
One winner per household every 30 days.
All prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks of winning.
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes incurred.
Any false or misleading information provided by the contestant will result in disqualification.
Contest winners or other recipient of prizes won on WJAD must provide a photo I.D. or a copy of the winners photo I.D.
WJAD has the right to withold any prizes and reserves the right to use winners names, voices, and photos to publicize contests.
WJAD is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from any given prize, trip, or merchandise.
WJAD reserves the right to end any contest at any time without previous notice.
WJAD may limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.
Prizes are non-transferrable.
